Nothing during launch. Every feature on the price board is free. If that ever changes, we'll tell you well in advance, and you can stop using it any time.
Download the app, create an account, then open Account → For barbershops and add your shop: name, area, services, prices, barbers and opening hours. We check every new shop before it goes live, then you print your QR poster and you're open for business.
No. Customers can pay cash in the chair or use a VIP Pass. If you want card payments up front, link your own Yoco account in the app. The money goes straight to you, and Yoco's normal fees apply on their side.

After you call someone, they have your no-show time (you choose it) to tap I'm here. They get a reminder halfway, and if they still don't arrive, their spot is released automatically so the next person moves up. Changed your mind? Put them back next in line or at the back with one tap.
Only barbers who are clocked in count. If nobody is in, or the shop is closed, customers can't join, so you're never promised more cuts than you have chairs for.
Yes. Set the days and hours you accept bookings. At their time, booked customers go to the front of the queue. They can cancel for free up to 2 hours before.

Yes. The app is free. You only pay for your cut, or for a VIP Pass if your shop offers one.
Scan the True Barber code on your barber's mirror, or find the shop on the Home or Map tab. Pick your service, choose how you'll pay, and you get a ticket with your place in line.
Your phone buzzes the moment your barber calls you. Your ticket also shows your place in line and an estimated wait, and it updates on its own. Just make sure notifications are switched on.
It's an estimate based on how long that shop's recent cuts took and how many barbers are working. It can change if a cut runs long or someone leaves the queue.
You can leave the queue any time from your ticket. Once you're called, you have the shop's check-in time to arrive. If your spot is released, the shop can put you back on the same ticket, so it's worth giving them a call.
Yes. You type your card details on Yoco's secure payment page. True Barber never sees or stores your card number.
If your shop takes bookings, tap Book on their page, pick a time and pay ahead. You can cancel for free up to 2 hours before.
Yes, so we can hold your ticket and tell you when you're up. Sign up with email, Google or Apple in a few seconds. You can delete your account any time in Account → Delete account.

Download True Barber, open Account → For barbershops, and list your shop. Once it's approved, print your QR poster and put it on the mirror.
